About this assessment The Kaindly AI assessment is a developmental assessment. It helps you reflect on AI at work and choose a useful next step. It is not a validated test of job performance and does not assign a position in the Fluency × Proficiency matrix. What we collect and why Kaindly will not sell your personal information. This applies whether or not you choose to participate in research. We ask for your first and last names, email, company, work country, role, and assessment answers to prepare and support your individual report. A preferred name and enterprise code are optional. Do not include confidential work content, customer or patient details, or information about other people in free-text answers. Your report After a successful submission, your answers and scores are saved. Personal reports are being finalized; no report is currently generated, displayed or emailed. Kaindly's authorized administrators can access your response and report to operate the assessment and provide support. Your report excludes your optional demographics, email and enterprise code. Your own task description may appear in your report and prompts, so check it before sharing. Your employer and other people An enterprise code or company name does not give a manager or employer access to your individual answers or report. You choose what to share. Group reporting is not enabled in this assessment. Any later group release will need a separate access and privacy review; small groups and combinations that could identify people will be withheld. Optional demographic answers will not be included in manager or employer reports. Optional research and follow-up On the first page, you may choose whether your de-identified survey responses can be used for research and assessment validation. The optional research checkbox is unchecked by default. At the end, you may separately choose to answer optional background questions. You can skip any of those questions. These choices do not change your scores or access to your report. Contact permission for a follow-up assessment is also a separate choice. A research export must remove identifying details and review free text before use. How results are produced The report uses fixed scoring and recommendation rules. No external generative-AI service is called by this report engine. Scenario confidence, demographic answers and job title do not increase or reduce your fluency or practice scores. Your results are not used by this application to make employment decisions. Who is responsible, storage and your choices Kaindly, LLC operates this assessment. Identifiable assessment records are retained for 12 months from submission and then become due for deletion from the active database. Retention checks run when the service or admin dashboard is used. Restricted backups may remain until overwritten under the hosting provider’s backup cycle. See the full policy for details.
